                <p>Node groups allow you to associate a number of nodes together, so you can enable, disable, select, deselect, and otherwise use them together.</p>

                    <taskname>Show the group list.</taskname>

                    <steps>
                        <li>In a network view pane, choose <menu>View &gt; Open Group List</menu>.</li>

                    <taskname>Create a new group.</taskname>

                        <li>Choose <menu>Operator &gt; Add Group</menu>.</li>
                    </steps>

                    <taskname>Manage the contents of a group.</taskname>

                        <li>Press <key>LMB</key> on the pop-up menu icon to the left of the group name.</li>

                        <li>Choose one of <menu>Add Selection to Group</menu>, <menu>Remove Selection from Group</menu>, or <menu>Replace Group with Selection</menu>.</li>

                    <taskname>Show or hide an operator group.</taskname>

                        <li>Click + to show the group.</li>

                        <li>Click = to <em>only</em> display the group.</li>

                        <li>Click - to hide the group.</li>

                    <taskname>Select or deselect the members of a group.</taskname>

                        <li>Click the darker yellow button to the left to deselect the members of the group.</li>

                    <taskname>Template or un-template all surface and particle operators in a group.</taskname>

                        <li>Click the bright pink box to the right of the operator name to template the SOPs/POPs in the group.</li>

                        <li>Click the dark pink box to un-template the SOPs/POPs.</li>

                    <taskname>Set the display flag of all objects and channel operators in a group.</taskname>

                        <li>Click the light blue box to the right of operator name to turn on the display flag of the OBJs/CHOPs in the group.</li>

                        <li>Click the dark blue box to turn off the display flag of the OBJs/CHOPs.</li>

                    <taskname>Set <link to="net_cooking">bypass</link> of the members of a group.</taskname>

                        <li>Click the crooked arrow to the far right to bypass the members of the group.</li>

                        <li>Click the straight arrow to not bypass the members.</li>
                    </steps>

                    <taskname>Rename a group.</taskname>

                    <steps>
                        <li>Double-click the group name.</li>

                        <li>Type the new name and press <key>Enter</key>.</li>

                    <taskname>Delete a group</taskname>

                    <steps>
                        <li>Press <key>LMB</key> on the pop-up menu icon to the left of the group name and choose <menu>Delete Group</menu>.</li>
