clchan

Copies CHOP data (clip) to/from action channel format.

clchan [-r rate] [-m] infile [outfile] `-r`	Specifies a sample rate when writing a clip.
`-m`	Writes each channel to a separate file.

Exactly one of infile or outfile is a raw channel (.chan/.bchan) and the other is a clip file (.clip/.bclip).
