Magnet Force

Apply forces on objects using a force field defined by metaballs.

This tool can be used to simulate, for example, a sponge.

Using Magnet Force

  1. Click the Magnet Force tool on the Drive Simulation tab.

  2. Select the dynamic object to apply magnet force to and press Enter to confirm your selection.

  3. Select the object for magnet force (metaball) and press Enter to confirm your selection.

Note

If the magnet does not attract, increase the Scale Force value on the Data Options tab of the Magnet Force node in the parameter editor.
