RBD Point Object
Creates a simulation object at each point of the source SOP geometry.

This tool is useful for simulating objects collapsing. For example, you could simulate a pile of cans in a grocery store collapsing.
You need to create an
RBD object before you can use this tool.
Using RBD Point Objects
-
Select the geometry to convert to an RBD point object.
-
Click the
RBD Point Object tool on the Rigid Bodies tab. -
Select the object to instance at each point of the object and press Enter to confirm your selection.
Once you convert geometry to an RBD point object you can only transform, rotate, and scale it when it is on the first frame.
For specific parameter help see the
RBD Point Object dynamics node help.
Switching to the dynamics level
-
Click the
Dynamics Select Mode button on the selector and handle controls toolbar. -
Click
the RBD point object in the scene view.
