The 'hquser' account can be optionally created when adding a client machine to the farm.

On Linux machines, the account has the following properties:

username	-	hquser
password	-	hqpass
id	-	601
home directory	-	/home/hquser
group	-	hqgroup

In addition to the "hquser" account, a new group is also created with the group name set to "hqgroup" and the group id set to 601.

The Database User Account

A new MySQL database user account is created when the HQueue server is installed. The username is hquser and the password is hqpass. The account is granted full privileges to the HQueue database.

You should never need to login to the HQueue database unless you are curious to see how the scheduling data is stored or if a serious failure occurs that can only be fixed by repairing the underlying tables. If such a failure happens, then you should contact Side Effects Software support.
