This machine was a completely abstract project for Ronen Tanchum. It was created as a weekend assignment to practice Houdini's expressions and channel referencing. No keyframes were used for the animation. The main tube was animated using a sin(function) and the rest of the machine was animated based on that function using many IF statements and copystamping. The scene was rendered using Mantra's Ray-trace render engine.
