Ronen created this effects shot of a magic chair breaking apart be creating a Houdini Digital Asset to tear apart the geometry. The asset birthed particles on each primitive center and drove them using particle velocities and attributes. The Room was rendered with Mantra's Physical Based Render (PBR) using photon maps for secondary lighting. Rendered with 9 takes: PRB Room, Room Occlusion, Chair, Chair Occlusion, Displacement Chair, Floor Reflection Room, Floor Reflection Chair, Soft Shadows Chair, Doors and windows Reflection and Refraction. Used Houdini's POPs, COP's, VOP's and PRB Mantra Render. 3D & 2D Composting with Nuke.
