is pinanimation attribute working on cloth objects?

i know that there was a bug where pin to animation didnt work and there was a crazy way to get it to work with a sop solver and a multi solver,
is this been fix? or i have to look for a way to set it up?

Works fine for me in 13.0.493 …it's pintoanimation just in case.
