Sound Wave Effect - Line Simulation May 22, 2024, 6:37 p.m.

Hey you should watch a couple of good tutorials by rohan dalvi and entagma which tackle just these two topics...

these videos from rohan dalvi show you how to drive animation by audio chops

this video from entagma shows you how to make 3D surface interference waves (with just sin waves).

I hope this helps you

Primitives do not spawn on the 0,0,0 origin? May 22, 2024, 6:26 p.m.

also, thought i'd add... if you want to move something to the origin, (so it sits on it, or above it, etc), you can use the "matchsize" node

Open GL quality settings? May 16, 2024, 10:45 p.m.

yeah it's prolly better to use karma. if you use karma xpu and you have an Nvidia gpu (well you have to for now), you can turn on "Optix denoiser'.

Optix denoiser might make things too blurry for a final render, but it can make a nicer looking image really quickly if you are rendering at lower settings.
