Added parms for configuring work item priority to all nodes that run work items out of process. HDA Processor, Generic Generator and Attribute Create will automatically migrate their existing priority parms to the new, standard parms. This change also makes it possible to override the ROP Fetch node's built in priority scheme with custom work item priorities.
