MuscleSolverVellum, TissueSolverVellum, and SkinSolverVellum all default to using the Scale-Invariant ARAP model for the tet stretch and fiber constraints. As a result, incoming shape stiffness and fiber stiffness values need to be increased by at least an order of magnitude to produce similar results. Volume is now automatically preserved causing Volume Stiffness values to be ignored.

For Windows, added access method (HOUDINI_ACCESS_METHOD=3) that is the new default. This particular method uses the CreateFile() Windows API which hopefully gives better behaviour for testing whether files/directories have read/write/execute permissions, especially when dealing with network storage devices.

The Vellum Constraints SOP has a new Model menu, replacing the Use Linear Model toggle, for the Triangle Stretch, Tetrahedral Stretch, and Tetrahedral Fiber constraints. The new option called Scale-Invariant ARAP takes into account the area of triangle or volume of tetrahedron when considering stiffness, making stiffness values work much better across physcial scales, and is the best option for organic materials such as skin and muscle.
