Fixed bugs where the Promote Invisible Parameters toggle wasn't properly respected when editing parameter interfaces. We now properly support this toggle when promoting the instance parameters of a multiparm. We also no longer follow a channel reference in an invisible parameter to promote a visible referenced parameter.

Fixed a bug where an HQueue cook would fail if the hip file was opened directly at the root of the drive mapped to HQROOT. (For example H:/test.hip)

Add Midpoint hotkey to the Point Weld state RMB menu.

Fix hou.AdvancedDrawable.setTransform causing the geometry to disappear. The transform is now applied in addition to the translate, rotation, and scale render parameters.
