Radial menus now control whether they use a mask with the HOUDINI_UI_USE_RADIALMENU_MASKS environment variable. This defaults to 1 for Linux and 0 for other platforms. Some window managers may work better with it set to 0 (such as if you see garbage left behind when navigating a radial menu)

Light LOP state work. Light now will look at placement point by default. Light intensity will adjust based off distance by default. Toggles to do the opposite of ^ added. Fixed bug where some primitive paths would cause errors to be thrown.
