Changes to the Bend SOP:

  • The capture handle is hidden by default.
  • The "Capture Entire Geometry" menu action fits the capture regionto the affected (not entire!) geometry, centering the origin.It is therefore renamed to "Fit Capture Region".
  • New hotkey: press B to cycle the capture direction betweenthe x, y and z axes relative to the capture region orientation.

To support this workflow, added OP_OperatorTable::hasSpecificOpDefaultColor() and hasSpecificDefaultshape() methods to determine if this has already been set by a scheme file.
