Fixed a bug that Houdini crashed when using multiple Mantra IPR windows at the same time.

Use the most current license information when logging peak usage. Prior to this change the original license information was logged which is very confusing for customers with very old licenses (i.e. houdini 14 licenses).

Make login licensing easier to use/setup from hkey.

Fixed an issue where error dialogs would show for missing tokens when generating some license meta data in houdini.

Previously, some OSX users might encounter the SSL error in hkey, sesictrl and etc, because their SSL certificates in /etc/ssl/cert.pem were expired. Fixed this issue by using the SSL certifactes in OSX's Keychain, so they no longer need to manually update /etc/ssl/cert.pem files.

18.0 License Servers do not properly handle some http commands and as such http is now off by default in hserver and can be enabled with -C on the command line or enableHttp 1 in the options file.

Http is now on by default for hserver. This can be partially turned off with -C on the command line or 'enableHttp 0' in the options file.

Fixed bug that caused the stat line when running `sesictrl print-license` to not show up in some cases.

When grabbing the ip address of the local machine try and find the non-loopback address. This fixes the access denied errors when performing network related tasks (i.e. installing a license).
