Muscle to bone Tangent Stiffness, and Muscle to Muscle Compress Stiffness have had some fixes made. Due to these changes, resulting sims may have minor differences as of this release.

Added support for Muscle to Muscle Slide parameters in the MuscleConstraintProperites node. The MuscleSOlver now supports the new sliding functionality. The solver also addresses problems with attach compressstiffness and tangentstiffness. Thes properties should behave predictably now. The solver also now supports muscle end and muscle glue candidate lists as detail dictionary attributes similar to musclebonedict. Muscle Flex supports lengthening ratios (ie, greater than 1) for muscle tension lines. Muscle Paint now exposes a separate paint attrib for Muscle To Bone Sliderate.
