Fixed an issue with parsing attribute lists (for example, in the Attribute Copy SOP) where pattern matching immediately stopped when a negative match was found instead of continuing to check for any positive matches later on in the pattern. This is now consistent with how e.g. the VEX match() function behaves.

RBD Material Fracture SOP now loads 40-50% faster. Custom material now exposes trimming and detriangulate options for the cutter geometry. Concrete material now has an option to scale the number of scatter points by volume, max edge length, or attribute. This helps avoid very small pieces getting refractured. Glass, Wood and Custom materials now have an option to scale scatter points by attribute. Fixed a bug where constraint groups were not matching the fracture groups defined by the material Fracture Ids.
