I have just installed Houdini 6 Apprentice Edition, which was downloaded from your website. Upon loading it up, the user interface appears to be blurred, stopping me from reading any of the text.

This doesn't seem to be a video card issue, as I can run other Open-GL applications (Maya 5, Lightwave 8) without any problems.

My system is:
P4 3.06GHz
512Meg RAM
80GB Hard Drive
NVidia GeForce FX5600XT 128Meg
Windows XP Home (SP1)

I am running the latest NVidia drivers.

Any ideas?

There is a thread on using Houdini with Nvidia graphics card that has the answer but here it is: it has to do with the Antialiasing and/or Anisotropic settings. Please turn them off or set them to be “Application Controlled”.
