can someone tell me how to export Houdini's particles to 3dsmax.

back in the days I was using realflow plugins to exchange data, maybe now there is more options, but if you have access to them then they work nicely

I think that page also mentioned Alembic, but I'm not sure if 3ds max supports alembic yet.

hmm..interesting.im looking for the realflow houdini13 plugin.. i think thats not exist yet . :cry:

alembic only works if you have a plugin in max to read the alembic. Crate from Exocortex works pretty good. If you can't afford the plugin, the prt exporter works fine too.. although i think you need to have Krakatoa in max..

ok, i see , but i dont think that we have a PRT exporter for H13 ?

The compiled version there worked for 12.5 as well, you would have to try it on 13 or probably compile or ask someone who can compile it for 13.
