Hello Users:

I am working on processing audio with a Warp CHOP.

Before getting to the Warp though, the audio needs to be trimmed and shifted using Trim and Shift CHOPs. How do I use Trim in a procedural way such that the audio, regardless of which audio is being fed into the network, will trim to the beginning of large audio peaks. Perhaps utilizing some audio threshold value?

Once that is done I can use local variables in the Shift CHOP to shift it to the beginning of the channel.

Thanks in advance.

You can try using the Voice Split CHOP with a very large Pause Length. It's normally used to separate words into different channels, but as long as your audio clip doesn't have a lot of pauses in it, I think it will work.

Wow! That works very well! I'm surprised I never knew about this CHOP before. Thanks for the lesson!
