How can I increase the volume of fluid
Using the emitter inside the liquid
If I use it, the liquid reaches a certain level does not rise above,
how to make that container is filled continuously until it reaches the top
increase in fluid

This is coming up often and very cool to see the various test cases.
With submerged FLIP emitters, you need to add initial velocity (which you did) and enable/add an Expansion “divergence” field to give the emitter pressure to help push fluid in to the simulation, just like a real water hose submerged in a pool.
See the attached example file for a basic set-up along with a note in the DOP network for you to read and reference. Divergence and velocity are all tied to the Source Volume parameter. It's up to you to find what you want the ratio of divergence and velocity as tied to the fluid source value.
Think of this as a water hose under water. You open the valve which is the source which in turn introduces pressure and fluid velocity.

There's at least one school like the old school!
