Hello all..

i'm new in houdini. I'm trying to make smoke trail, but the smoke never come out in render. I've tried to separate the trail and thesmoke, render the smoke, it appears, but while i join them, its not shown. could you guys help me??

The simulated smoke must be cached to ur disk by creating a DOP I/O sop in a new geometry. During the process density, temperature, and heat attributes must be clicked as on in ur output preset options. Once u cached it, u can checker on the“load from disk” and it's now a geometry and be able to assign material on it. Then it's renderable.
