Alembic Single Object Export?

I'm on h16 indie and I got a rigid body SIM.

What I'm trying to do, is get this sim out of houdini and into cinema4d for rendering.
I can export an Alembic file, but because of the thousants of objects I can't load it into c4d and work with it (this is a limition of c4d, doesn't work well with alot of seperated objects).

Can I export an Alembic so that it is a single object?

I tried exporting through the menu and the rop, bake the geo with the dopnetwork output.

I suppose that you have packed objects coming out of the dopimport1 node. Try to add an “unpack” node or add a “convert” node. Then you will get one sinlge polygon geometry which can be written as alembic.
