Wow that is amazing, seems even better than MODO mesh fusion! There are some accuracy issues where MeshFusion is doing better job though. Great work.

Can you show screenshot of video?
In that video I forgot to increase mesh quality in some places though

Also I tried Mesh Fusion. IMO it really has a lot of bugs in very simple pieces. That's why I decided to create my own tool

Mesh Fusion produces quads in final mesh and triangles for preview. But I don't like Mesh Fusion create separate meshes for fillets and source meshes

Didn't know It creates multiple pieces … That's why It can create quads easily.
It's a modeling concept closer to nurbs where you have all separated pieces but perfectly tangent, not practical but can be useful.

Will you let the option to create separate meshes in your product?

In the next upload I will add option for that. Also I'll upload video with using of other two outputs of Fusion node. One for intersection curve and second for the cut shape, that can be used for advanced trimming, like quick creation of car windows

I recommend not trying the first version. I mistakenly upload version with some critical bugs. So, please, try it from version 2.0. I'll write in this topic when it will be available.

By the way it took around three weeks for my tool, hope it will be faster this time…
Anyway I'll be free to ask, how much money I have to put aside

This is quick tests of situations, where it works better than Modo Mesh Fusion, IMO:
