Hello, so I imported some obj file from blender to Houdini. Although it's perfectly fine in the viewport, I have some artifacts in the render. Can anyone help me to fix it please.

Try dropping down a normal node at the end.

It seems to me like that's extra geo, not artifacts…

I tried attaching a normal node but still no change. Are there any other suggestions? Thank you.

It does kind of look like an empty place holder for mustache and or beard.
Can you select it?
Move your mouse into the 3D viewport, press S-KEY and try to select those faces.
Then move your mouse into the Network view and press SPACE-G to “go to” that geometric object. From there you can try to turn off the Display flag for that piece of geometry.

Thank you very much for your reply
It doesn't show up in the viewport at all so maybe it is a bug or something?

I'll be it is an extra piece of geo…
points that are not visible in the viewport will render as spheres…

Hello Almina
there are some corrupt geo parts in your file. You need to delete those primitives i marked with red for the teeth and search for more of these in the rest of your objects. Select primtives with “3D Connected Primitives” on makes it easy to catch them
