Hello, I made a flower field with flower modeled in blender and grass and ground made procedurally in Houdini.
I made the grass using lines copied onto points and the flowers are files packed and copied onto points.
I want the whole vegetation to have a wind effect bending to the right and left.
I tried the “bend” node but the ground bent as well. Also I tried using curl noise in the attribute vop but only the ground seemed to react.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks!

Multiply the noise with a vertical gradient along each flower/grass stalk (0 at the bottom, 1 at the top). That way they will stand still at the root.
Here is a WIP file of a sphere rolling through swinging grass.

Hello Konstantin Magnus,
Thank you for your reply
I am trying to add a vertical red gradient to the vegetation but the flower's color doesn't change. Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you very much I will attach my file as well.

If the flower already has colours applied to it, just assign a new float value and name it whatever you like. You can then make the gradient visible with a visualize node, as well.
