HQueue Problem

Hi,when I submit ,my job on client it fails every time with this message,“The network name cannot be found”,or “The system cannot find the path specified”.Does anyone had same problem?Thanks.

Hello,

Sounds like the HQueue jobs are trying to access a network folder path that does not exist. By default, HQueue jobs try to launch Houdini from a network folder location. For Windows, I recommend configuring HQueue so that it launches Houdini from a local install instead.

In your HQueue Render or Simulation ROP, set the Target HFS parameter to this:
C:/Program Files/Side Effects Software/Houdini 16.0.ZZZ
where 16.0.ZZZis the number of the Houdini build that you have installed.

Then re-submit the job.
