This is a weird one… trying to use cache SOP in H16. First one I lay down, only has a few parms, none of them are “index,” “blend position.” I thought it might have been replaced by something else, (I want to frame blend a file read to get in-between frames), but couldn't find anything.

Then I went back to another instance of a cache SOP and magically all of the parms are there. If I lay down a new one, only 5 parms are there. I have no idea how this other cache sop got made or all of the rest of the parms exposed, but the only way to re-create it is to copy/paste. I checked and they are both defined by the same sop/cache node in $HFS. If I go to “edit parm interface” on either of the nodes, all of the parms I expect are there, but as I said, they don't show up on new instances.

Sorry, can't provide screen shots, too much security here!

Anyone else see this? This is H16.0.633

Thanks!

Why completely hide interface items instead of graying them out?
