console window keeps poping up

I just downloaded the program everytime i try to use it the console window pops up and i cant shut it down. and the task manager has to shut it down
Please help i have enough disk space. i am using windows XP is there something special i need to dol

Does it say anything in the console window?
The trick is finding just the right hammer for every screw
