Attaching geometry to animated character

i want to attach hair and brow geometry to animated character, in maya i can use wrap deformer to do this i don't know how i can achieve the same thing in houdini please help.

The point deform sop is comparable to the Maya wrap deformer. There is also the ‘guide deform’ sop which works well to attach curve geometry to then animated skin mesh.

i gave it a try but doesn't work, please explain to me how to wire the node.
