Smooth closed curve for path follow animation?

I realize a bit late that after 18 months of Houdini i haven't used the path follow animation features, and i'm bumping into a silly issue. although i'm creating a closed Nurbs curve it doesn't seem to be closed. So i used connect adjacent point to close it, but when i apply a follow curve to my null object i'm getting a noticeable jump/position snap when going over the last/first points of the curves. Any idea how i can create directly a perfectly smoothed continuous closed curve for the purpose please?

Cheers,

A.

Does fusing points and then resample with even length setments work for you?

I got rid of the ‘jumping’ when I did that, but I'm not sure about the rest of your scene if using polyline rather than nurbs curve makes undesirable changes

Thanks a lot, i didn't think of using the fuse, but it does seem to fix the issue. If i bump into any undesirable side effects later be sure that i'll be back here again

Thanks again.
