Hello guys. I'm posting an image. As you can see, in my tree, what comes from “sweep1” is shaded but what comes from “Polywire2” is not. I checked all options and can't find where I went wrong.
Any help would be great!
BTW I'm following Rohan Dalvi's Rocket Ship tutorial.
Thanks and see you soon,
Gz

The part that is shaded incorrectly probably has no normals or incorrect normals.

Thanks. At the Polywire output, I tried to add a “point - old” node, and at the right of the “add normal” button , I entered $NX $NY $NZ, but it does not work. Any idea?

Use an attribute delete sop, and delete the attribute ‘N’. Use the node info (middle click on a node) to determine which class of ‘N’ is present. They will be recomputed automatically when needed. Or, use the normals sop to force normals computation and storage as a geometry attribute.

Edit:
Don't use point sop - old anymore. It's deprecated and there are better options.

Thanks that seems to have solved my problem.
From what I understand , you gave me 2 ways to fix this problem.
With the “delete sop method”, in the delete sop, I put pattern = “N” (without the quotes) , is that correct?
