Generating a PxrMeshLight

My Houdini-Fu is a little on the rusty side, so how do you create a PxrMeshLight from an element of a larger object? Specifically, I've attached a small bgeo file of a lamp unit. How do you turn the bulb into an renderman emitter?

It appears to be a problem with the original source being a packed alembics. Let's see what happens after I use the unpack SOP.
