When creating an object merge, it doesn't give me all groups of the merge. It is constantly missing the first object in the object merge. Is this a bug?

you have unchecked Add Suffix To First Group

since suffix in this case is the verbose path string and your Primitive Group Prefix is empty your first group name will be empty which is simply not gonna create the group

so either check Add Suffix To First Group
or have some Primitive Group Prefix
