I tried RBD Material Fracture Node (using Wood fracture pattern) on my model . It takes hours and still no result. I already turned off the cut and only used grain to fracture the object. Meanwhile I also used very large space between the grain plane. How to improve the speed of the RBD Material Fracture Node on large object?

I found smaller Object in millimeter (in Maya) solve the Problem.
I tried Unit in Meter it takes hours to load node changing
Maya >Windows > settings/preferences > Preferences > Settings > Working Units > millimeter



Scale down your object.. hope that helps
