Dynamically break Pin "soft" constraints in Vellum

Hello!
I'm running into a little problem with vellum setup in Dops.
I have a “pin to target” constraint and I can drive the Stopped attribute to remove the pins.
But, When I set up the pin constraint to “Soft”, the animated attribute to scale the stiffness works only in the first frame, but no through the time. I tried “each frame” constraint creation with no success…
Is it possible to dynamically break soft pin constraints with vellum?
