baking texture map to another mesh

I have the game development toolset and it bakes nicely but I heard it only bakes diffuse from @Cd and not from a texture.

I've got a mesh/texture generated from photogrametry and I would like to project the diffuse on cleaner and more efficient UVs I've done. I have no clue how to even apply my texture…

Same question. I have a textured Highres mesh, did a remesh and auto-uvs and now I'm trying to bake the diffuse texture from the Hires mesh onto the remeshed mesh with the new uvs.
Can't find a proper tutorial.
