freeze a frame in vex instead of using timeshift

as titled, this seems more than a hassle, but would be very interested if anyone knows how.

If it's just to freeze at a specific frame…yes that's pretty simple if you don't mind using a solver too.

However, if your going to freeze for a given frame range(freeze at a frame then continue after a certain interval of frames that have passed - then yes, that can start to be a hassle - depending on what's going on in your scene).

Here's just freezing hip.

I didn't have time yesterday, but here's the version that let's you specify the frame to freeze at and the duration of the freeze.

The control parameters for these are on the solver sop.
