Load hip file from pathname?

Hi,
In the documentation I see this:
But I don't know how I should do this.
And in my macOS's User Library>Preferences>Houdini>CurrentVersion I don't see a help folder, and when I search it
(with systems files included) [
osxdaily.com ], I don't find anything. In fact when I search my whole Mac like that it doesn't find a hip called “vary_per_copy”.
