Not sure if this is bug so I figured I'd ask here before submitting it to SideFX.

I just installed the latest prod build (17.5.327) and I'm noticing that when I drop down a null after a group node then activate the null's display flag and select it, the group highlighting persists in the viewport. This seems like new behavior. Anyone on an older build that can confirm this? Dropping down any other node after the group clears the highlighting so I'm not sure why the Null wouldn't.

The null doesn't clear it because it doesn't do anything. It's been this way as long as I can remember.

Yep, old one. I got word from a sesi engineer around 16 that it was unexpected behavior though.
