didn't check your setup but it shouldn't be a surprise - preconditioner is for quad-core setups IIRC, openclgpu runs across the slow PCI bus. 1 puny gpu card vs 72threads of cpu goodness…
Try openCL CPU, in misc prefs. in theory that should be faster .

thanks, I was wrong, I thought that opencl means something like cuda can speed up by gpu and cpu ,does houdini has gpu acceleration or somthing like that?

what? no no no I forgot to save when I uploaded the file, thats my 100 frames resuit seriously???15m,8m??? 500frames: 28m28s I am really confused now , thats crazy
AH I see your test now, at the object level where it meshes, so…
CPU only 100 frames 1m 45s
Linux should give you a boost. OpenCL doesnt affect 100 frames that much. It only works on the viscosity and pressure in DOP land IIRC - good news, though, H18 optimises flippy
