Hello

I found only 2 big tutorial, one from 2015, the other one made in 2018.
When I read the comments from the most recent ones (2018) it seems a lot of things have changed.
So how to learn well? Do you know a new one?

I don't really understand the question. If you search for “houdini flip” in youtube you will find plenty of new tutorials. Just a couple (3-7 month old):

Nice ones

In fact (I came from Realflow) I’m a totally newbie in Houdini, and to be honest I’m really scared about it, this is not the most easy soft

I hope I would be able to use this software, but its very “code / mathematical / technical” logic is not really my natural world, so I really doubt about me.

that’s why I try to find the most recent, didactic, step by step, and complete tutorial on all fluids.

Try Steven Knipping's Applied Houdini - Liquids I, II, III tutorials. They are current and cover a wide range of FLIP scenarios, all the way from a small toy example to an ocean tank.
