Rendering Pyro new "Configure GPU Explosion" in Redshift

I followed Entagmas video about the new work flow for the real time pyro set up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NG3bWfn9g7E&list=PLdFfFRXT0K_ghEfsSBnUUHw8mTrWr2hXb&index=4&t=633s&ab_channel=Entagma [www.youtube.com] . However I cannot get it to render in Redshift. It will render as a volume, but the shader on it does nothing. I can effect density with a volume wrangle, but it is still flat without a working shader. I unchecked “Minimal OpenCL Solve”, as well as trying to convert it to a VDB, but nothing works. Mantra, of course is fine, even when bringing it into a pre 18.5 scene. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure if related, bit be aware that Pyro Solver SOP (new in 18.0) as well as Pyro Post Process SOP internally attaches material using s@shop_materialpath attribute
Which would override any object level material assignment
So make sure to either remove this attribute or use Material SOP to override it with your Redshift material
