It is hard to explain the issue so I attached an image , probably I need to change some settings, I am pretty new working with Houdini. So couldn't figure it out why the mesh of the grid falls when I simulate but not the grid itself? Thanks!
I actually found the reason finally today, posting if anybody will have the same problem one day, looks like on that Vellum solver node, the pink and the blue button should be on
