Flip separation with moving object issue

I'm trying to have a continuous flow from the flip emitter object but I'm having issues as you can see in the image attached.

I've tried:
  • Increasing substeps to 4, 8, 15 etc but that doesn't help.
  • Particle separation
  • Surface tension
  • Reseeding on and off
  • Turning use deforming object on and off

Is there anyway to have a continuous object rather than the object being emitted at each frame like in the image?

Update:

I decided to try using trail for 5 frames with the result type on connect as mesh and it seems to give the result that I was looking for.

There's probably a clean way to fix the problem and this will also increase the cache size a little but I'm happy with the effect for now. Hope it helps anyone with a similar issue.
