I was playing around with the wire solver a bit last night and it seems really useful. I was wondering though if it's mostly been replaced by vellum? Do people still use wires or is vellum newer/faster/better? Thanks!

Wire may still be more useful for stiff wires and it's also easier to deal with changing topo
wire-wire collisions also seems to be better handled around branch splits if I remember correctly
however it may have some issues with colliding with other objects in the sim

My motto is: "Vellum first, ask questions later"
