Hey all, Im not sure if its a setting Im missing or something I need to adjust, is there a way to view the Arnold light/ textures in the viewport? It is only appearing in my render
Im on Mac Big Sur

Unless there is a specific Arnold feature and OpenGL integration in the Arnold nodes, I don't believe so, at least not without some finagling with the various settings which in the past I have found to be not really worth the hassle.
In general, that is what the IPR is for, so that you can get immediate feedback from your scene layout.
As far as I know, 3Delight is the only renderer that will actually do an IPR view in the viewport as shown in this video:

You can also access viewport rendering of various 3rd party renderers such as Arnold within Solaris, which is the Lighting Operators (LOPs) context.

you can add the 'ogl' parameters on the arnold material builder to preview opengl shading in the viewport.
here is an example :

but you're stick with the opengl parameters. You cannot preview composite textures, etc
