PDG - Heightfield - Houdini session Sync

Hi,
I'm creating a heightfield for Unreal, with PDG and World Composition.
Usually,I create a heightfield without subdivision in Tiles and when I open a "Houdini session Sync" (thanks to the "Object Merge" node)I can see the sculpt and other changes made to the Unreal Landscape in Houdini viewport.
How can I get the same thing using PDG?
