random plank translates, extrudes, pscale poly bevel, Booleans for worm holes.
random point distances on the line.

Can you change some parameters to make changes without destroying the looks?

yes the look will be similar with changing parameters, most prams are attribute randomness/controlled driven.

I like the way u dailed in the parms on the wood bevel.
Probably best to do the wormholes with texturing.as booleans are expensive.
