Hi,

I'm trying to create an exploded destruction effect by using RBD.
But my geometry keep destructed from the first frame, which affected by gravity.
I'm wondering is there any solution to keep my geometry static until my point velocity affecting?

Thanks for your help!

Hello!
My solution for you is the sleeping option.
As soon as any activated object hits the other ones, they start to fall.
Please take a look at the HIP file for more information.

usually you'd have pieces held by glue constraints until you break them either by collisions, force or manually

To be honest, watch some RBD destruction tutorials.
In most cases you get explanation why all immediately fall apart, what is constraints and how you can start destruction.
